Hi,
1987 blazer.
my dome lights are not working.. There is 12 volts up by the lightbulb but no ground coming. Adding ground to the ground cable turns the light on.
Are there any relays that control the grounding? I guess this is some broken relay and / or connected to the door jamb switches...
Anyone have a 1987 k5 electrical diagram showing relays and not only the fusebox? =) The CTSY fuse is ok.. and there are 12volts up by the dome...
edit: It doesnt even work when the light switch is turned maximum to the left, that triggers the floor ligts.. those work tho
Thanks!

Just thought id update
Found that the ground wire was off behind the paper-like thingie that sits mounted on the sides back in the truck
So soldered that up and voila domelight + trunk light operational!
Should have checked the cables before i started to post here
Thanks!
