Default engine swap question

Ok here is the deal. I have a 1991 K5 and I'm wanting to get rid of the tired tbi motor. I found a pretty good deal on a 2003 8.1 liter motor. $1200 for a complete running motor with harness. My question is, what is going to be required to get this in my K5? Will it bolt up to my 700R4? How much modification is needed to the motor mounts? I have been told by a few people that a 396 or a 454 goes in with reletivly small amount of fab work, I'm hoping its the same with the 502. Any advise or insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

first of all your 700r4 (if stock) will die a fairly quick death behind the 502. second the newer 502 most likely has different motor mount placement than an older 454. other than that anything is possible.
if you do the swap keep us posted (with pics)
