Gauge question

Default Gauge question

I have a 1979 K5 blazer. Can any one tell me what gauge is located on the bottom left corner on the dash bezel? There is nothing except a white round circle showing on the gauge. Any input would be great!

I believe a clock ??? At least my 83 has it there

Someone probably ripped it out. Those things can tick annoyingly loud
