Increaseing Gas Mileage
So its 94 full size 2 door blazer, z71, 350
4 inchs of lift, with 33 inchs toyo m/t and 15 inch rims,
What are somethings I could possibly do to get the best gas mileage possible, I'm getting about 8 mpg atm city.

Yes it is a TBI 350
I may actually be getting 10 mpg. I just put 10 in today which was 3.02 gallons so when i hit 30 miles ill see how much gas i have left then go from their, to see if it does need to be calibrated.
I am fixing to run a straight flowing exhaust ( removing cats, sticking on glass packs)
The trans is about to be rebuilt as well, and New Mud tires, but anyone know a good brand of mud tire i should buy?
Also fixing to put a K&N cold air intake on it, and run sea foam, new distributor cap, spark plugs wires.
Wonder if any of this will help the Gas Mileage any.

No mud tire is going to help mileage one bit. They're heavy, and have LOTS of rolling resistance.
You might pick up a little mileage with a freer flowing exhaust system and CAI. Make sure the cap, rotor, wires, & plugs are all perfect ... and if not toss them & replace. A gear swap could help too, as long as you don't go too tall for your sized tires.
Not the best setup for mileage though. It's as aerodynamic as a brick, & the lift kit adds even more wind resistance, in addition to the tires. In stock form, 15-16 in the winter would be pretty good.

BFG KM2's are really good. Good reviews, great performance & more like a super aggresive AT.
As for recalibration - YES! Any tire taller than stock you should recalibrate the trans. I believe in that one it's the little gear at the trans that feeds the speedo, odometer how fast & far you've gone.
Get a friend in a stock vehicle to drive beside you on the highway, talk on the cells & see how much you're off.
Taller tires, lifts etc = less mileage, it's the number of the beast.
