5 hoses on the rad cap side?
Please keep in mind that without a picture I'm not sure how your rad is layed out.
From top to bottom...PS
Rad cap & just under that would/could be the over flow hose going to a reservoir.
2 trans cooler lines, 1 input, 1 output.
Lower rad hose near the bottom that leads to the bottom of the water pump.

On the other side (DS) there should be (again from top to bottom.)
Coming from thermostat housing (top front of the manifold where the thermostat is housed) to the rad, is a coolant line near the top.
2 engine oil cooler lines.
Get some pics please of your set-up.

That's an odd set-up to me. A heater core hose right off the rad? I can see the trans cooler lines & 1 has been modified, so I'm going out on a limb & saying that rad is not stock to that truck.
On the DS what's that tube that isn't attached to anything? If there's another I'd say they're for the engine oil cooler.

<EDIT>
Ok so I found one with the heater return line:
Rows3Outlet1 9/16 Inlet Connection1 5/16-1 9/16 Top LeftOutlet Connection1 9/16 Bottom RightMountingChannelTrans Oil Cooler8 CommentsHeater Return Line & Coolant Level Sensor on RH Tank

That's what they say the connection sizes are.
The one you ordered seems like the right size for the core & hoses but you didn't mention if it has the heater return outlet.

If you're near Portland, OR I can hook you up... I just parted an 86 with a big radiator.

For $120 I could probably ship it to you.

To the OP, I don't understand why you post questions on this forum all the time that could have been easily answered from a google search. It's really getting rather annoying.

I don't understand why you have to be like this? If you don't want to help him don't be a jerk about it.

That's pretty rich considering the source. I seem to remember a time when you would ask numerous, very basic questions as well... As 70-K5 stated, why do you have to be like this? You were VERY much the same way not too long ago so get off the soap box and contribute meaningfully to the community. Or not...

To the OP, don't let one rotten apple ruin your experience here!
