Default Transmission/Electrical

Okay so I had started a thread a while back about my tranny not switching into overdrive. I have an 82' with 700R4

It turns out the the PO wreaked havoc on the wiring and even with the service manual i can't sort it out because parts of the harness have been cut out.

My first problem is getting the brake switch hooked up and I've enclosed a picture and was hoping someone could help me identify the parts. The manual does not show all the connections. The brake switch has two activators, one which activate the brake lights and also connects to some other part of the harness. There is another activator which has a vacuum hose and is also missing an harness connector. Can someone help me identify this?

From the first switch, there is a orange and white and also a green and black.

You can see the other switch has a black hose and is missing a harness connector. Is this the connector for the tranny?

I'm just guessing, but maybe the one with the vacuum hose is to disable the cruise control if you have that. I'd have to look at my manual though to see exactly what's going on.
