Does the starter crank?

Do you have spark when you crank?

where did you measure no power to the fuel pump?

What do you mean “starter will turn if cross jumped”?

Where did you measure no power to the fuel pump?

where did you measure no power to ignition?

are all the dash lights out or the instrument cluster only?
