I am looking to buy a blazer and or a jimmy, i have seen alot of people around my town with tranny problems. Truthfully how bad are the tranny's in the 2wd and 4wd? My husband and i need something reliable cause i'm expecting. If anyone could help me out that would be great.

The blazer/jimmy is a pretty solid truck overall.I understand the trannies are weak,that doesn't mean its a problem.Ibelieve that many people don't take care of them and/or drive them properly and they go out much sooner than expected. These trucks requirea good amountofcash for proper upkeep, but I will still choose a blazer over a Found On Road Dead or Jeep anyday.
