yup I just started working on mine again... I changed my system around a little But I have pictures and videos of both systems in my build thread.

yup, that is what the PWM is for (pulse width modulator) it flashes the led's at a high rate, lets say 60-90hz making them appear to be more dim, but the flash cant be seen with the human eye. It has a potentiometer which I can turn a screw to adjust the brightness of the running lights to what is perfect. and when you hit the brakes, it bypasses all of that and brings them to full brightness.

Either of y'all know a website that gives a crash course on this type of thing or would anybody mind typing one up?

Best bet is to search the net. I have years of doing things with LED's and learning. It would take quite a bit of time to type it all out.
