Well i finally got the chance to take my 4 door 4wd LT Chevrolet Blazer offroad and well, i was a bit disappointed, i was stuck before a 4wd ford ranger with bald tires and even a 2wd ford f150, so i have made it my goal to make my blazer a bit more offroad capable. If anyone has any simple reasons as to why my blazer was getting stuck so much please give me some help, as i cant figure out why it was doing so horrible. It is completely stock with around 92000 miles and goodyear wrangler RT/S tires: Goodyear Wrangler RT/S

Well, the RT/S definitely weren't helping you. They are a highway tire, and designed to give you a smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. Not necessarily perform well off road.

yeah, the mud loves to stick to them, but the ranger had nearly bald tires, there's gotta be something else, i'm gonna check to make sure the 4wd is engaging tomorrow, anything else i should check or could do for relatively cheap to give it a bit of a performance boost?

Unfortunately, as Red pointed out, the tires are your weak link being an all season, not a All terrain tire. Thats the first thing I'd recommend upgrading, unless you want to fit bigger tires and will need a lift.

Yea like i said all terrains the way to go
I love them they got that little hum to them too
also if you wanna add bigger tires you can find your info here

i'm looking at these right now: Bf Goodrich Part 86108 - LT235/75R15, Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 Tire by BFGoodrich since the tires on it are 15 in. (the third number on the tire measurement is the inside diameter in inches right?) any fitment issues or could i go bigger? i also have some wheels from a 1995 chevy silverado 1500 with 16 inch wheels if that would help any

Hasek, I'd recommend the A/T if this is a daily driver. I have had 30" BFGoodrich A/Ts on my stock height blazer since april and haven't had a problem onroad or offroad with them.
