Finally done with all fixes!
This isn't really a question but about 3 months ago now I bought a 4 door '97 Blazer 4x4 with 241K miles and I am finally finished with all the things it needed done as it was a heap when I bought it. I've replaced the air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, had the pan dropped on the tranny with a new filter, changed the oil, sway bar links, inner and outer tie rods on both sides, idler arm, front pads and rotors, rear shoes, plugs wires cap and rotor, ignition coil, new tensioner and idler pulley on the serp belt, new intake and valve cover gaskets, new battery, and to top it all off a set of brand new GY Wrangler Silent Armors. Original 4.3 and trans, hoping to run them up to 300K miles before I replace them. Now time to customize a little bit! Lol

If you're really a Blazer owner then you'll learn that *NOTHING* is ever permanently fixed.
Also, since you've got a '97 it's likely that at some point in the future you'll be replacing the ignition switch. That seems to have been a bad year for the ignition switches.
