Frustrated by a dead battery and snow...
So we get the biggest snow storm here in central NJ in a few years, I have nice new on road/off road tires on my 2000 Blazer, its a winter wonderland outside just begging to be played in.
I drive up to my girlfriends house every thing is fine and dandy until my truck won't start when I go to move it into the driveway later on. Her dad jump starts me and it appears the battery is spent.
Now we have 18 inches of snow and counting...and most likely my pep boys will be closed tomorrow, and now am only able to make a one way trip in the Blazer...
This is depressing =(
Of all the times the battery has to be spent, it has to be in the snow.
God Dammit.

Start by cleaning the battery terminals. Also make sure its putting out about 14volts while running. Last year on boxing day (day after x-mas) my wheel cylinder blew out. So I had to fix that in the snow in order to catch a ferry and leave town the next day. It happens.
