Default fuel filter

My blazer doesn't like to start if it has been sitting for a little while it cranks over but acts like it isn't getting fuel. The pump is only a couple months old so I figured I would change the filter however I cant find a wrench that fits does anybody know what size? Also d9es anybidy have any tips on doing the filter?

20mm open end wrench to hold the filter, 16mm line wrench to loosen the flare nuts.

Might want to check fuel pressure and leakdown too. Your symptom could indicate a failing fuel pump.
