I got my Bravada with my taxes this year. I haven't had to do much to it yet.
Oil change
Plugs and wires
Drivers side door pin
Muffler
HO2S (pre cat)
And that's about it so far.

Ive had my 99 LS 4x4 4 door Blazer for about 2.5 years now. It has 234,000 miles on the the original motor and transmission.

Since I bought it from my dad for $1,000 ive done the following:
-New Cooper Discoverer STT Tires 30x9.5R15
-Custom roof basket
-4 Cree 1240 Lumen offroad lights. 2 on roof, 2 on bumper guard
-Modified 4 runner bumper guard
-New Spider fuel injection system
-Crank shaft sensor
-Ignition module
-Mass air flow sensor
-Plugs/Wires twice
-Distributor, and rotor
-Sway bar bushings
-Sway link kit
-Full brakes
-New wheels, old but new to me and cleaned up

My Y-Pipe is currently dented badly and causing the exhaust to back up into the motor under heavy load and it is causing my Cat to fail. This will be fixed soon. Also plan on fixing a leaking timing seal and doing a new timing chain while I'm in there soon too

I bought my 79 K5 off a friend when I was living in Ventura CA. I paid 650 bucks for it back in 2003 or 2004. Actual mileage is unknown.

Since then I've replaced:
the battery 3 times,
the brakes twice,
one thermostat,
the front drive shaft,
one set of tires,
all the dash lights,
a few belts and hoses,
the ignition switch,
Plugs and wires twice,
Distributor and rotor,
and most recently the wipers, wiper switch, wiper pump and a door jamb switch.

In 12 yrs changed:
Front calipers
Several brake pad replacements
AC compressor
Radiator
Right hub
VSS sensor (the bad one caused transmission not to shift to 3rd.)
1 alternator replacement
Blower motor
Hood: paint was peeling
Intake manifold gasket
Fuel injector spider system
4!!!!!! Ignition switches. Last one was an AC Delco ignition switch. Works fine now!
Two tune ups & fuel filters
Two fuel pumps & fuel filters
Regularly scheduled oil changes & oil filters, air filters
Next parts to replace:
Complete front end
Passenger carpet
Refurbished radio cd/MP3
Paint

Default Too Much but what the heck

My daughter bought a 2000 Blazer 4WD LS in May 2011 with 230,000 miles. The PO did not take care of the Blazer. It ran good so it was basically catch up on regular maintenance. Then in Feb 2014 she hit a hay bale (the big round type) on the interstate at 70 MPH. It was dark and she did not see it, she hit it straight on. She went over the hay bale. Luckily she was not hurt and the Blazer won the battle (more or less). I replaced the following the front fender, grill, headlights, bumper, radiator support, radiator, and ac condenser. The hood was OK.
Catch up maintenance was:
New shocks all around
Replace bad ignition switch (spent a lot of time & $ finding this one)
New muffler/tail pipe
New tires
Replaced vacuum lines (4WD now works)
Re-soldered 4WD selector switch
Replaced doors seals
I know I'm missing a lot more
Then this January a valve wasn't moving freely and a cylinder kissed the valve so a head job both sides. Which also meant an intake gasket replacement.
Now the Blazer (255,000 miles) is almost like new!
