How much is my Blazer worth?

WOW I don't believe ANY of these "appraisals" to be honest. For example edmunds says my 98 in excellent condition is worth $1200 private party, KBB says $3400, and NADA says $4400. Can't believe any of them.
I'd look on craigslist for similar vehicles (Blazers/mid size suv's) around the same year and condition and see what they're going for on average.
