I've tried but not heard back from anyone about the t.cace. All I do know is that this time the insurance have insisted it be rebuilt as opposed to fitting a used one. Trouble is I'm not sure if even the Chevy guys here have the parts which mean they'll have to be imported from the good old USA!

It's currently with a company called "The Gearbox Factory" ?!?!? They gonna make one?

Maybe I get it back next week maybe not???

With Christmas about to happen, could even happen in the new year. No rush with these guys!

Heard the re-builders of the t.case got all the parts this morning.
With luck (& a kick up the a***) it may be ready to go down country tomorrow & can be fitted Friday. If so, then we can drive down Saturday & bring her back.
If not, fraid it'll have to wait till next weekend.

 

Hey There I know how you are feeling at least my truck was only just down the road. Going to give my blazer a good clean tomorrow.
