Hey I'm not sure i can do this but i guess ill give er a go!

So I know my blazer fairly well but only my blazer and similar vehicles. A family member has a Lincoln MKZ 2008 i think, and just today it started making a loud pop/clunk from the rear end when cornering and when you hit large bumps. Does anyone know these cars? My thoughts is that its the sway bar link but that's just a guess. When i drove it i only went around the block and it happens at slow speeds. its front wheel drive btw
