That's too bad what happened Sisk. Rolled my 1990 off the highway at 55mph about 5 years ago. Took awhile before I was ready to get into one again. Still get nervous in icy weather (now I have 4x4 though).

I want to stick with the bowtie, but there's nothing that I can afford for sale...and I'm kind of in a bind to get a new vehicle. I'm thinking I'm going to go grab life by the horns for a while.

Sounds good. Not to other many decent trucks out there, Chevy stopped making them after the blazer.

Agreed with craig, if i had to i'd go dodge. Chrysler isn't my favorite at all but it's bareable

Dodge is also my second in line. Bowtie first, then Horns. Then Toyota, then anyone else that makes a truck besides Ford...then Ford. lol.

I'll probably kick about the forum every now and then. Not sure how active I'll be...I just came back from a big hiatus. I'll keep on as much as I can though.

seen this the other day on fb i was pretty sad to see it:-( try to get an older chevy 1500 or 2500. they can be had for pretty cheap

I'd like to, but the only ones available are rotten...super high mileage...or they have the 4.3 in it and I refuse to buy another 4.3.
