I got my 99 ZR2 with less miles than the 2k for $3800, also wasn't from a dealer and there was another one right down the road for $6500, might have been newer but almost a $3k difference, of course i would get the 99

 

I picked up my 98 ZR2 for $3100. If you know what you are talking about and look long enough you can get almost anything you want.
My big thing is I do not care about miles so long as it isn't rusting. I can change parts but I hate to do body work.
