Default need help with engine issues

hey guys i just wanted an outside opinion on a few things on my 2001 4 door blazer.
1. my engine leaks some kind of fluid on my exhaust it looks like oil but im not sure where it could come from.
2. what's the easiest way to break off the bolts holding the cat and the muffler together mine is rust welded.
3. how can i make my car perform better without dumping a **** ton of money into it. 4. wheres the best place to get a part car blazer for around 500 or less.

Need some more info here:

1. which side of the vehicle, passenger/driver. Where specifically?

2. grinder. or drill with cutter wheel. or if you have strong arms, hack saw. Or even chisel and hammer.

3. more info on how its running NOW. details on your vehicle. Engine (4 or 6). 2wd or 4x4. mileage. any outstanding issues?

4. It all depends on your area. mmm craigslist. and police auctions in the area
