Default nuts, line fitting @ front brake swap

i swapped my 95 single piston brake to 98+ dual piston brake setup; with knuckle, wheel bearing, caliper, bracket, ABS module and a good number of other hardware replaced; everything works fine.

Except for the front brake line, just couldn't connect..., i keep the old 95 model year front brake line tubing there, with the old nuts on both ends, coz they are same as the 98+ new models.

On the right side, the tubing's nut can't fit in the right front brake hose(newly bought 98+ front brake hose); and on the left side, the tube is connected to a 7/16 24 fitting, but this fitting doesn't fit in the new brake pipe from ABS module...

anything wrong with them? anyone would give me a hand???

the fittings that go into the abs boxes are always some goofy size that is hard to locate at a local parts store. ive always just cut the line a little bit back off the abs line, put a new standard fitting on it and just reflare that end. if the line goign to the abs is rotted then just re use the old fitting
