E questa la ragione per il forum. Qui ci si aiuta il meglio che possiamo. Pero il tuo e veramente un problema strano. Vedrai con la nuova ECU. Ma se dopo va bene vale anche la pena di tenersela.

Qui qualche foto dello smorzatore torsionale (harmonic balancer). Su una foto in detaglio si vede quello strato di ca. 4 mm di gomma vulcanizzato entro il centro e quell'annello esterno che funge da massa.

Il controllo e semplicissimo tu lo pulisci su una striscia di 2 cm radialmente e prendi qualche colore e con un pennarello fai una striscia radiale a traverso la gomma. Si vedra subito se si spostano. Buona fortuna con la centralina. Facci sapere come continua.

The last couple posts were about finding out if the ignition timing once set, moves.
According to the OP they set the timing with the control wire disconnected, let the engine run and it does it's tricks to the ignition. When checking timing again with the control wire disconnected the ignition is "off" by some. That had me think "harmonic balancer" and I proposed to check that one as well.

Will probably be back once he gets the new ECU.
