Oh also might want to check the tie rod ends. Make sure that the rubber around it is in good condition.

Also make sure when you take the truck out on a test drive that you listen closely when you shift it into gear. If you hear a light noise of two hammers slapping together when you go from park to reverse and then to drive, that would mean theres something wrong with the rear. It has happened to me and costed me alot to get fixed.
