I found a front and rear steel bumper off of a 93 blazer s10..does anyone know if it will fit on a 98 blazer s10?

yes.
with some mods...

you would need to convert FROm new brackets, TO old brakets (first gen) which will cause some issues as the front is very different. (from the valance up )
you can MAKE them fit, but i will require a bit of work and some fabulous fabrication.... VVV

Same thing as the front. it will fit, with a decent amount of fab work.
Keep in mind too that the 1st gen's are a very "boxy" and a different shape then the 2nd gen's, so it might not match up right and might look a little "off".
Either way, it won't be direct bolt up. You're looking at some decent fab work.
