So I found a set of the second gen zq8s and I love the way they look! I can get them for a good deal but I'm just not sure if I should do it or not. Can I get some opinions please? Stick with my current wheels or get the z's that is the question!!

Do it. If you don't like them, you can sell them on here.

+1 on the soft 8's. I like the ZQ8's too, but for me unless you're looking to have a set for off-road and a different set for highway/winter then I don't really see the point. You're truck looks great with the rim/tire setup you have now.

I suspect that you're going to get advice from both sides of this fence though.

See I figured I would get mixed results lol!! Maybe I should explain my thoughts about this a little better. If I do get them I would not be keeping them in stock form they would be getting painted black or possibly powder coated black. I have to have black rims on my truck or it would throw everything off I think. The tires that are on them have less than a 1k miles but they are street tires and usless to me so I could probably sell them and recoupe most of my initial investment but that still leaves me with needing to find new tires that will fit the rims and my truck Thats the best part about my 15" rockcrawlers any given day I can jump on clist and find 10 sets of tires for $200 but I don't think that will be the case with 16s. I really do love them and want them I'm just so undecided. Like Tho said I could just resell them if I don't like them or decide I don't want them and I'm sure I could make a couple hundred on them to! I think right now I'm going to wait till after xmas and if they are still around then I will jump on them then if for nothing else just to flip them and make some cash. I guess I will ponder this a bit more and hopefully I can make up my d*** mind lol!!

I was gonna point out the tire problem. Its the same way around here. That reason alone kept me from going to zq8 or iroks in the past. i love the way both look but if i cant find tires easily or its gonna cost a good bit more every time that made up my mind.
