Default SoCal Newb in the house

hi all i am a really big newb to blazers and any kind of truck.
im 22 and drive a acura integra so i know hondas but not any domestics.
i have been driving hondas since i could remember.

my choices for a near future car like real soon im talking 1 to 2 month's. the cars im looking at and am saving for is going to be either a 4 door 1st gen blazer maybe a 4 door second gen. or a honda civic wagovan.

help me choose the better choice i know it will be biased but i will take everything into consideration when the time comes.

please give me pros and cons of owning and daily driving a blazer.

Welcome! from the north Island of New Zealand.
Depends on if you own your own gas station & if you want to have a bit of real fun in a 4x4 or are you thinking of a 2wd Blazer.

The 4x4 drives are good, but seeing Socal=crazy amount of gas you will burn...

I have a 4x4 98 4 door and I can squeak 20+ pretty easy, but I drive mostly highway and mostly trips of 30+ miles.....

2wd blazers are cheaper to drop/lift and a ittle lighter...
