i's illegal to use the jump seats with any kind of car seat/booster seat.
honestly, don't know why they even made them (besides the fact that @ 6'2" i take up the whole area back there) have you ever been in one (in that position) when the driver had to brake suddenly? it's killer on your back...........can't even imaging what it would do to a childs spine...............
why don't you just get a small utility trailer? you'd be surprised @ how much weight you can actually hold in one of those little Snow Bear trailer's they sell @ Home Depot. i had just over 2 yrds of (wet) top soil in my friends. yes it was riding low, no it didn't bend the axle or blow the tires, and it's still a useful little trailer 6 years later.
you can even sell the trailer when you're done with it, recoup some of your cash, if you want.
