Did u add SF to new oil or added before oil change?

My Blazer has been sitting in the back yard waiting 2 months for Tony Harker's automotive center to find a part for the 4x4 transfer case, called 3 weeks ago said found 1 for 150.00. I told him I'd take the gamble, but I've not heard back from him..... Anyone have any info on finding transfer case parts for a 2000 Blazer LT?
