I crawled under the Blazer the other day to replace a busted skid plate (tore up my carbon style plate under the engine a while back on a stump but hey it took the hit and the oil pan didn't, so win!), after poking around I dropped the one covering the transfercase too and found that the case is leaking... VERY slowly... not even spotting on the ground under it and I park in the same spot every day... but it's wet... appears to be coming from where the two sides of the case actually mate together, it's not really wet around any of the output seals or anything. I'm going to grab a spare and "freshen" it up and bolt it in one weekend I suppose...

I got the jack I picked up last week properly stowed. Did get the AC working. Have test it out driving to work tomorrow. See if it will work after the truck sits in the sun and not overheat on the way home.

maybe get the Nerf Bars on this week

Blazen, I have some pretty sweet Decepticon badges I thought about putting on, too!

At the man mall yesterday, picked up a spare tire carrier. Going to touch that up and put it on, hopefully before next year...

Also picked up some Bravada ***** for the hvac unit:

Thanks tajohns for that little mod.

They should just pull off.
There is a rubberish coating on them that could start to peel as you pull. Firm grip oughtta do it.

Nice tails, by the way. Love anything smoked!

Interesting, didn't know those ***** were swappable. I like the look of those smaller black ones that come on the units with auto temp control, they just look cleaner and a little more modern IMO. I'll have to put that on my list!

Thanks! Much better than the chrome ones. Green truck with red cherries on the back was starting to look kinda ricey. Or maybe Christmasy.

Opened up the door to leave for work and the seat recline lever fell out onto the ground.
At least my seats match now.
My blazers theme song is One by Metallica because it wants to die but I force it to go on living
