I got a back-up remote a few weeks ago and it kept releasing the rear glass too now and then. I suspect the button for it was overly sensitive and I kept hitting it. It hasn't happened for the last week or so.

So I got some better pictures today decided to go to the car wash in a blizzard but still warmer then -50 but the basket and the sliders are homemade

The black square is a cover for the hole in the fender for my snorkel. It’s just too cold here to run it in the winter, my throttle body was freezing up

Surfing through Summit to order parts for the build, with the occasional wander to the BlazerForum.

Thumbs down

Found out my jimmy's wiring harness was jimmied. Was having trouble with the climate controls fuse. So I started looking for a short this is what I found...

Two jumpers wrapped in duct tape. And a clusterfrick other Band-Aids.

Wrapped her back up with no solution to why they were jimmied up.

First time removing the dash, won't be the last.
So I will be looking for a new dash in better shape. With a good harness.
After it was all said and done, I ended up with one extra problem, the interior lights don't work damn.
Will try again once I source parts.
