Got the new fuel gauge in. Haven't tested it since I'm still d!cking around with installing the overhead console, and the dash being halfway removed, but it feels like it should. The needle has slight resistance when you touch it as opposed to it just spinning freely like the old one. So far so good.

Got the wiring harness done for the upgrades I'm putting in. Converted a 1998 harness to a 1997 one, and removed wiring/connectors I wasn't going to ever use.

Thank you, That was the best way I figured to run the wiring properly. Tested everything out this morning. Planning on doing a guide on the rewiring and installing the harness just to be helpful.

Another project done. I love it. The new fabric I put on could be better, but it was spare speaker box fabric I had lying around. It'll do for now. 100% better than the thin torn stained original that was on there.

I did this yesterday and tried to post it, but the site kept bugging out and not allowing me to upload images.

I got the garage opener in. Also a new defrost vent grille for the top of the dash.

I went to use these upgraded replacement visors for the first time today, and they were flaking debris all over in my cab and all over me. Now I must refurbish them. Started taking them apart. Waiting for new fabric to get delivered. Pretty simple job.

Got the passenger side visors reupholstered. The front edge of the smaller visor I messed up, so I'm redoing that edge so it's straight and not all wavy as shown in the pictures. Overall did okay for my first one.
