painted my cold air intake and made a heat shield for it (thanks to the DIY section)!

I changed my door pins and bushings today. Now my doors close perfect without slamming. It took about 1 1/2 hours. I recommend doing this sooner before later as my bushing holes were starting to get bigger. Got the parts for like under six bucks from rock auto. Paid $9 for the spring compressor from Mr O Tools.

Touched up chipped paint on drivers door, not very well just to protect the bare metal.

Filled it up and drove about 200-250 miles. Still have 1/2 tank of gas left. (I'm lovin these gears! The mileage wasn't this good when it was stock.)

Took a ton of pics, if you wanna see some I started a thread in the sights and sounds section. If you like the outdoors and lifted truck you might like them.

 

How the heck do you still have 1/2 a tank? I go through a full tank avg. about 220 miles.
