discovered it has a slight trans fluid leak, ordered new body mounts, burnt a nice strip down the road, had a few gawkers staring hard as the tire smoke rose, had a few people ask me what i had under the hood, laughed as thier jaw dropped when i told them it was stock 4.3L and left them in a cloud of smoke. tomorrow im getting new seals all around and ima get a couple of radiator mounts for it, get back under there and either remove the heat shield or rig it up so it stops rattleing lol

Rebuilt compressor and recharged AC, greased around it and working.

Greased up tensioner pully but will probably need another one. So will order that from ebay.

Tomorrow looking for some fog lights thanks to sisk. And do the same switch install thanks to Kiwi.

Still awaiting shackles.

Edit: Ordering a diff cover soon because old one looks a bit ragged since they are cheap. Gives me a chance to see if I need to rebuild anything. Feeling doubtful though as it was not abused much except by me in the past few days. =D

Fitted new towbar - rated to 2500 kg. Old one looked crappy & was only rated at 1800kg. Needs to be adjusted - right side is lower than left (about 10mm)
