what have you gotten done on your blazer today?

Put the new steel step-hitch on the rear (5 min) then re-did the plugs from last year (2 hours). #3 took the longest as I couldn't remember how I got it out before. Made sure to check each and every gap and made them 1.8 turn past hand tight. The wires and cap/rotor are new as well. Hope this fixes my occasional po3xx at high rpm (like pulling on to the interstate).
as for me..........i finally got around to condensing my 2 milk crates into 1 clean towing/recovery box.

you guys whine too much. it's been costing me $75 to put in 60 to 63 litres the last few tanks. that really sucks since our dollar has been above the American dollar for a week now.
brother.....i sure hope you meant 1/8 of a turn. 'cause if you did 1.8 turns, you ain't ever gonna get them back out!

Making plans to paint and install the bumper (rear) I got in the mail and redoing the speakers/radio (got speakers already [1200 watts peak] the new radio should be in on Monday). Get a four-day next weekend. C'mon sunshine!

That toolbox is a good, clean, everything there idea! I have my tow strap & recovery strap along with ratchet straps in 1 side panel compartment. Bungees, small straps & a clevis in another. A "recovery box" that you can strap down in the back (finaly put those imbedded loops in the bed of the cargo area to use). Princess Auto (A Canadian version of Harbor Freight) has a rubber bottomed nylon tool bag thats really nice. Lots of outside compartments, heavy duty & strong. I have one already & might get another when they're on sale - $35 pffft I'll wait till they're $15 - $20

Oil Change, and discovered something that will be a PITA.
On the way home, brakes felt spongy, so i get home, check the res. to see its nearly empty..umm...ok....look and 3 of my calipers are leaking at the pistons.. WTF.....they were replaced a year and a half ago, all 4 of them.....Bah....so, havent decided what im going to do about that yet, top up the resevoir and clean up the calipers, hopefully that might help.
