Just dropped my truck back off to the garage for some work.

Oil cooler lines and external filter housing, transmission lines, idler arm, pitman arm, 2 ball joints, inner CV boots both sides, front axle seals both sides, rear seal on the transfer case.

$580 in parts and $750 in labour. :-)

 

hahaha, no I meant that the guy I was buying parts from might have had more than 1 part I wanted. The part I bought is a singular item for all trucks except perhaps hardcore desert racers or something.

no work for me today!!! worked all day yesterday. went to bong trails with my 3 wheelers, had a blast then had to work at 1230 till 530 this morning. gayyyy.. either way yesterday i towed my new trailer with the blazer and it really did a good job. the trailer is super loud though when going over bumps but good thing there isnt too many of them on highway 50. either way i am very proud of my little truck!!!! and now i might stop by autozone to see if i can pick up some of those cheap wheel spacers since i dont want to pay 90 bucks for a good set from ebay. ill save that for when i get new wheels. lol

 

I just got a new windshield put on my blazer, and now I can see in the sun again. Before when the sun would hit it all I would see was sparkley tiny chips.

Much better! Got it last night for $50! It has some surface rust on it, so I'll have to take it back off, clean that up and paint it, but it's good enough like this for now.

Anybody know if you can rebuild the hinges on these? Mine are a tad bit loose.
