Moog has really gone downhill as of late. I installed a set of upper & lower ball joints in our '89 S10 Blazer, back in 2010. My wife is the only one that drives it every day, ONLY in the winter - so 4 months out of the year, tops, and only on the street. Both Moog upper b/j's are smoked. Not just worn - SMOKED! At least there's a lifetime warranty ... but still.

Moog used to be a reputable brand. Seems every company on the planet is cutting corners due to the economy these days. Sad reality of today.

I'm still running the same upper & lower ball joints I installed in our '86 Grand Marquis back in June of '05. 110,000 miles on them too. I can't remember what brand they were, but they weren't even Moog. I'm afraid to ever replace them, so they get Amsoil grease at every oil change. Goes to show how far quality has dropped the past 7 years.
