Engine finally went back in Friday. Now to hook everything back up ... after the hurricane.

Hooked up rear sway bar brackets from a rough country lift..worked on marbelising my dash bezel and installed blue led`s in my gauge cluster..

 

No need to yank valve body for that. That code is usually just from one of the shift solenoids - not a given (nothing is with these electronic wonders), but usually. Very easy to swap those out, and even from GM they're under $30. If the truck starts out in 3rd gear and only shifts to overdrive, then it's the 1-2 shift solenoid. If it starts off ok but won't hit 3rd or overdrive, then it's the 3-4.

drove it around last night in the huricane (heavy rain an high winds) to take the gf to work then went shopping afterwords and back home. Today i went down to the bank and back home

boosted my dads truck.... he must of forgot the lights on... Im surprised the blazer ran so well . But she did backfire out of the intake once it ran.

 

Fixed the leaky tires... 4 fresh valve stems that I shoulda changed when I switched to the 2wd wheels

 

I'd like to at some point, but not for my next car. My bank is pretty strict with first time buyers.
