I went back to work on diagnosing the P0442 in my '98 Jimmy today. I only got about twenty minutes into my work when I crunched my right hand between the filler neck and the spare tire support. Hurt like hell. I had to play a gig this evening and teach a lesson. I have another gig in the morning and then I may have to take this to the doctor.

Two weekends ago: replaced the engine with a GMPP crate engine

Last weekend: replaced cracked lower intake manifold

Yesterday: replaced distributor due to cracked dist cap mounting holes and IAC due to 2200RPM idle and random cutting out.

Today: going to replace the dead ect sensor and enjoy my truck once again. It's been down for 7 months because I never got around to replacing the engine after I hydrolocked it back around October 2012.
