Will an 04 hitch fit on a 96?

Like the title says, will a hitch from an 04 blazer fit on a 96 blazer? If it will, I just found a pretty good deal on one I would like to ****** up if it fits!

Well from what i seen on draw-tite.comyes it will. they show 95-97 part# 75079 then on years 98-05 they show the same part#. Also from what i understandthey have the same frame 95-05. http://www.draw-tite.com/fitguides/pdf/N75079.pdfThese are the install instructions from an 98-05 so i guess look at the picture and match up the hole on your blazer thats how youll find out if it will work.
