2004 blazer vibration

2004 blazer vibration
2004 4wd only 18k miles has vibration on hard acceleration. vib stops when trans shifts or you take your foot off pedal. does not vibrate when in park and race engine. warranty has expired. does anyone know what causes this appreciate any help vol

I would check the u-joints on your rear driveshaft for wear.
