What size drop does it have?
You need to c notch your frame. And get an alinment done, they should tell you what is wrong with the front end.

C-Notch
Blazer with a notch
Click the links^
A C-Notch is where you cut a section of your frame out over the axle and replace it with a piece of metal in the form of a C, so you dont hit your axle on the frame.

Suicidedoors.com sells bolt-in notches. Basically you notch the frame to allow more clearance for the axle so it does not hit the frame. You cut out a notch in the frame then add a c-notch to strengthen the frame.

The vibration may be caused by your pinion angle being out of alignment. Some rear blocks require an angled shim to keep the pinion angle correct. Take it to a dealer or shop and have them check your angle. If it's off then you will probably need to add the angled shims to your blocks.

Not at all. Notch is only like 2.25 inches.

This is my ride bagged. I still have my back seat and spare tire.
