I puting in a Tac. today.(EQUUS #6088) hope it's EZ.

tacs are very easy, hardest part is cleanly running the wires

It did go EZ, but now I need to know what the tac. should be set at for redline. I found a pic in the owners manual of a stock tac. and it had redline at 5000 rpm.

5000rpm should be pretty good. You shouldn't ever need to go over that with a stock 2.8L.
