Im buying my muffler seperate today. Do you guys think it would be safe to go with the muffler thats listed in the 4 door kit?

most aftermarket mufflers are the same size. flowmaster dynomax and magnaflow. We sell all of them at advance auto parts. I have the dynomax kit for my 4 door. Came with the same turbo series muffler as we sell in the store. A muffler shop is probably gonna charge anywhere from 150-300 buck pending on what muffler and how hard it is gonna be to run the piping and what size piping. The kit from dynomax comes with a pipe that has a three bolt flange that bolts to the back of the cat around 18 inches long. The muffler slips into that then the tail pipe over the axle. On the 4 doors the stock muffler bolts to the cat and is pretty dang long. Im not sure on the two door setups but I cant think the differ two much from the 4 doors.

I bought the muffler for the truck. Im going to put it on this weekend hopefully. I just dont know how to hang the new muffler since im not using the old tailpipe. Im just running a turndown after the muffler as a temporary piece. What do I use to hang the muffler? Thanks alot

if its only temporary u can use tie wire or steel straping its real cheap either way looks kinda greasy but will hold just fine
