I would think there would be a lot of other more pressing maintenance and performance issues than a CAI in that kind of weather.
That's where I was heading with my comment Curtis. I figured when you get into the extreme cold temps like we see here and out west in Canada that uber cold air probably isn't helping the sensors and whatnot. Buuut as Kyle so kindly points out, it may not make a difference.
