update: i did get the glasspack on the blazer, i cut off the stock muffler used the flange grinded it down a bit and welded the glass pack on it, well i had forgotten to get pipe extensions so for the entire weekend i was rolling around without a tailpipe. but i went to a muffler shop they welded it up now it sounds really good.
