Curious as well, any noticeable power gains or mpg difference?

I had JBA's on my blazer and didn't notice much of anything. Custom tune would have been way worth it.

Did it make it sound any better. And do you think a programmar or something along those lines would help.

If you look at the design of the shorty header and the stock manifold its not that much of a difference. The sound was completely unchanged, the only way you'll get it to sound better is to have someone fab you up a set of long tubes.

A programmer would help you but for the price of most programmers a mail order/custom tune is usually alot cheaper and the gains are much higher.

To throw this out of context, On my truck we did 3 dyno pulls, one stock, one the a hyper tech and one with a mail order tune (I currently have a dyno tune so the numbers will of course be much higher due to a tune being created for my specific vehicle)

The first pull was 321RWHP
Second was 342RWHP
Third 358 RWP

You do the math.

Brett, What kind of work did you have done to your blazer to make that type of power?

That's for his Silverado with a 6.0L.

Yes that is for my truck (silverado)

My blazer had around 203 rwhp iirc, but the motor was completely taken apart and rebuilt. Did a small bore on it and slightly polished the heads.
