unless you have a demand for an increase in air coming in then there is no point in getting this. maybe if you replaced the upper end of the motor then it would do you good. but honestly it would probably do just about nothing to performance at least to a stock motor.

 

Its been discussed before. The throttle body itself can support a 5.7L v8. It is the same throttle body. You really are not going to see really good gains unless you do a LOT of other work on your truck.
