How much of a horsepower increase can I expect to get with a cold air intake?

Less than 10 horsepower.

here is the math to back it up.

blazer - stock intake + cold air intake(coolness factor) / sounds cool = 5hp +/-

i did mine for looks, never noticed anything at all.
