I was told before that cranking to torsion bar to lift ur ride height created front end ware, or is that why u stated 1.5" max? If I purchased a 2" body kit plus the shackles and cranked the torsion bar 1.5", how much would the ride quality change? So with the 2" BL and 2" SL i should be able to run on 31 x 10.5's without needing to regear or trim right?

And the tires i mentioned before are 33 x 10.5's and are buried under a ton of snow.

It is true that cranking the torsion bars will create ware if you max out the torsion bars. You can safely go up to 1.5" in the front. But remember you have to get a wheel alignment after you crank the tosion bars. If you plan on running 31's, you don't need to regear the truck but anything higher I would highly recommend upgrading them to 4.10's.

If i were to used 2" shackles on the back and crank the T-Bar 1.5" would it not slope to the front quite a bit?

yes, that is correct.

with the the 2"sl and 2"bl, u should be able to clear 32 with minner triming. 33 with more trimming. there are a few ppl running 33 with that kind of lift on here. depending on what size tire you are running, plus the lift you are adding, you will probably get 4" of total lift in the front.

Just my 2 cents...
Add-a-leafs > Shackles

31's are OK as is
32's regear
33's Play easy- axles recomended
35s axles required

Nice thing about shackles is they really do not mess with your ride quality all that much.
