Ok i put new torsion bar keys in the front of the truck and shackles and add-a-leaf in the rear, which brings it to about a 2" lift. Have rims coming with a different offset so the tires will stick out about 2". I was wondering if there will be a clearance issue if i put 31" tires on it. 31" dick cepek mud country tires

look up on the forum with 31" tire clearence, but I'm pretty sure you will have no probablem, unless your gonna do any heavy off-roading. Then you will have to trim your fenders(possibly), but besided that I would say your fine.

As long as you keep them on your stock wheels you won't have a problem. I had 31s on mine with 2" shackles and a 1.5" t-bar crank with really rough muddin trails and never had a problem

i think u might have some problems.
the guy that owns the shop i go to owns a 2009 chevy 2500 heavy duty lifted 3 inches total with 33 dick cepek mud country.
he does rub every now and then because the mud countries have a DC symbol sticking out on the outside of the tire that may rub when u turn.
here is the link to a picture of the tires and specs and sizes:
